Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us. That generally means what you enter in the financing application, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, state, industry, and details about your business and financing request. If you subscribe to updates, we collect the email address and first name you provide.
We also collect limited technical information that comes with any web request, such as the page you arrived from and basic campaign parameters in the link you followed, so we understand how people find the site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the application is used to review your financing request, contact you about it, and respond to your questions. Information submitted through the newsletter form is used to send occasional updates, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising unrelated to your inquiry.
Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary to evaluate or fulfil your request, with service providers who help us operate the site and store data securely, or where we are required to do so by law.
If evaluating your request would involve sharing information with a third party such as a funding source, we will tell you before doing so.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to people who need it to respond to your request. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.
Please do not send full account numbers, tax identification numbers, or similar sensitive information by email. If we need those items, we will tell you how to provide them securely.
