Qualification

What we look at first and who this is generally built for.

What businesses does Lendmark Capital work with?

Established United States businesses with operating history and real revenue. The general direction is at least 12 months in business, generally at least $100,000 in average monthly business revenue, and a financing request between roughly $50,000 and $5 million. Current priority industries include construction, medical and dental practices, healthcare and clinics, trucking and transportation, and home health care, though other established businesses may also qualify.

What if we do not meet one of the general criteria?

The criteria describe the businesses we are set up to serve today rather than a rigid scoring system. If your business is close on one measure, it is still reasonable to submit the qualification questions and let us respond directly. If it is not a fit right now, we will tell you plainly rather than leaving you waiting.

Do you work outside of Florida?

Yes. Lendmark Capital is based in Miami, Florida and works with businesses across the United States.

Is personal credit part of the review?

Ownership information is generally part of a business financing review. The application asks for an estimated credit score range rather than requiring a specific number at the start, and business performance is the primary focus.

Process and timing

How an application moves and what happens after you submit it.

How long does the process take?

We do not publish a specific timeline, because the honest answer depends on the amount requested, the structure being considered, and how quickly documentation is available. What we can tell you is what happens next at each stage, and we will keep you informed rather than leaving you guessing.

What happens after I submit an application?

You receive a confirmation with a reference number. The information you provided is reviewed, and we follow up by email using the address on the application. Additional documentation may be requested depending on the request and the structure under consideration.

Do I need to have documents ready before applying?

No. The initial questions are about your business at a general level. Documentation such as bank statements is typically requested after the first review, and preparing it in advance tends to shorten the overall process.

Does submitting an application commit us to anything?

No. An application starts a conversation. It is not an agreement, and it does not obligate the business to accept anything that may be offered.

Financing questions

How to think about structure, amount, and use of funds.

How much financing can a business request?

Lendmark Capital focuses on requests from approximately $50,000 to $5 million. What is ultimately available for a specific business depends on review, underwriting, approval, and availability.

Which financing structure is right for us?

It depends on the purpose. A defined project with a known cost usually points toward a set amount on a set schedule. Irregular needs point toward a facility you can draw against. Receivables tied up on long terms point toward receivables based structures. The Financing section of this site explains each one and when it tends to come up.

Do you publish rates or terms?

No. We do not publish rates, repayment periods, or approval statistics, because those figures vary by structure and by business and any number shown out of context would be misleading. Specifics are discussed directly once there is enough information to be accurate.

Are all of the financing types described on this site provided directly by Lendmark Capital?

No. The Financing section covers the structures that exist in the broader United States business financing market so owners can understand their options. Not every structure described is directly underwritten by Lendmark Capital, and availability depends on the request.

Can financing be used to pay off existing business obligations?

Refinancing existing business obligations is one of the purposes owners raise. It is worth bringing an accurate schedule of current balances and payments into that conversation from the beginning.

Information and privacy

What we ask for and how the information is handled.

Do you ask for a Social Security number?

Not through this website. The current application does not collect Social Security numbers, and it does not ask for banking usernames or passwords.

How is my application information stored?

Application information is submitted over an encrypted connection and stored privately. It is not published, and it is not accessible to other visitors of this website.

Will my information be sold or shared with advertisers?

Application details are not sent to advertising platforms. Please see the Privacy Policy for the full description of how information is handled.

Can I have my information removed?

Yes. Email yoel@lendmarkcapital.com with your reference number and we will handle the request.

Still have a question?

Ask it in the application. There is a box for exactly that, and it gets read with everything else.
