We read what you send

Lendmark Capital is based in Miami, Florida, United States and works with established businesses across the United States on financing from $50,000 to $5 million.

Most owners who contact us are not new to running a company. They have crews, staff, or trucks on the road, customers who pay on their own schedule, and a decision in front of them that has a deadline attached to it.

What they usually want is not a lecture on capital markets. It is a straight answer about whether financing makes sense for this specific situation, what it would look like, and what happens next. That is the conversation we set the business up to have.

We work nationwide, with concentrations in construction, medical and dental practices, healthcare and clinics, trucking and transportation, and home health care, alongside manufacturing, distribution, staffing, and professional services. Requests generally run from $50,000 to $5 million, and all financing is subject to review, underwriting, approval, and availability.

Four things we hold to

Say what is true

If a request does not fit, we say so and explain why. A quick no is more useful than a slow maybe, and it costs you nothing to hear it.

Understand the operation first

Retainage, payer cycles, settlement timing, and seasonal swings are not edge cases. They are the reason most requests exist, and they shape what structure makes sense.

Keep the process short

We ask for what is needed to make a decision, not for everything that could conceivably be asked. Your time running the business is worth more than paperwork.

Leave the decision with the owner

You will get direction, the specifics, and answers to your questions. What you will not get is pressure to sign something you have not read.

Who this is built for

A direction, not a rulebook. And never a guarantee of approval.

If your business sits outside them, you are still welcome to submit the application. You will get a direct response either way, which is more useful than silence.

General qualification direction

  • At least 12 months in business
  • Generally at least $100,000 in average monthly business revenue
  • A United States based operating business
  • A financing request between roughly $50,000 and $5 million

These describe the businesses we are set up to serve. They are not a guarantee of approval, and every request is subject to review and underwriting.
