Apply Monday. Know where you stand.
Short application. Real review. A straight answer either way.
General qualification direction
- At least 12 months in business
- Generally at least $100,000 in average monthly business revenue
- A United States based operating business
- A financing request between roughly $50,000 and $5 million
These describe the businesses we are set up to serve. They are not a guarantee of approval, and every request is subject to review and underwriting.
Six steps, no mystery
- 1
You submit the application
Business details, the amount under consideration, and what the capital is for. A few minutes, not an afternoon.
- 2
A person reviews it
Your submission is read by someone who understands operating businesses. Not scored by a form and forgotten.
- 3
We ask what is missing
If something is unclear, we contact you. Most requests need one short follow up, usually recent bank statements.
- 4
We come back with direction
Where the request stands, what structures may be available, and what would be required to move forward.
- 5
You review the specifics
Amount, structure, schedule, and conditions in plain language. Questions answered before anything is signed.
- 6
You decide
Nothing moves without your agreement. Declining costs you nothing and does not follow you around.
Timing depends on the request and on how quickly documentation comes back. Simple working capital requests move faster than acquisitions or property related financing, and requests involving longer processes such as SBA financing take longer by design.
What we actually look at
How revenue actually arrives
Deposit patterns, payer or customer concentration, and the length of your collection cycle usually tell us more than a single monthly figure.
Time in business and stability
Twelve months or more of operating history gives review something concrete. Longer history with consistent activity carries more weight than a strong single quarter.
Existing obligations
What the business is already carrying affects what additional payment it can reasonably support. Being upfront here speeds everything up.
Purpose of the funds
A specific purpose tied to an outcome is easier to structure around than a general request for cash. It also helps us tell you when a different structure would serve you better.
What to have ready
- Recent business bank statements, usually the last three to six months
- Basic entity details: legal name, structure, state, and time in business
- A clear description of what the capital is for and how it will be used
- A rough sense of existing business financing obligations
- Contact details for whoever can answer operational questions quickly
Worth saying plainly
Applying does not commit you to anything. All financing is subject to review, underwriting, approval, and availability, and we will tell you directly if we do not think financing is the right move for your situation right now.
About the process
How long does the process take?
We do not publish a specific timeline, because the honest answer depends on the amount requested, the structure being considered, and how quickly documentation is available. What we can tell you is what happens next at each stage, and we will keep you informed rather than leaving you guessing.
What happens after I submit an application?
You receive a confirmation with a reference number. The information you provided is reviewed, and we follow up by email using the address on the application. Additional documentation may be requested depending on the request and the structure under consideration.
Do I need to have documents ready before applying?
No. The initial questions are about your business at a general level. Documentation such as bank statements is typically requested after the first review, and preparing it in advance tends to shorten the overall process.
Does submitting an application commit us to anything?
No. An application starts a conversation. It is not an agreement, and it does not obligate the business to accept anything that may be offered.
Start when you are ready
Same questions we would ask on the phone. Answer them once and we take it from there.
